unBurnt doesn’t just help people cope, but instead is building solutions to real, systemic change inside organizations where the work is happening. When I can see small shifts happening in practice, or receive positive feedback from an employee or leader who has attended an unBurnt session, I’m filled with so much optimism and hope that people are eager to embrace new, and more sustainable ways of working and living. This is such a big part of the work that I’m proud of; building workplaces and a world that recognizes the need for rest and joy, and more meaning than simply grinding through life.
I have held a variety of Free Community Workshops, bringing burnout prevention programming both locally and virtually, including pop up workshops and a syndicated library Stress Management workshop across several towns, and I also recently participated in my towns Discovery Day with free ‘stress’ assessments.
As I’ve built virtual community programming, I’ve also been intentional about highlighting adjacent wellness topics that intersect with stress & burnout, while also providing a space for emerging female founders to share their expertise as part of webinar and workshop series I’ve hosted over the past year.
It’s been such a joy to get to know so many other innovative entrepreneurs and bring topics like “The Science of Working Motherhood”, “Finance tips to prevent Burnout”, “The Neuroscience of Burnout” and topics like parental leave, the mental load and an International Women’s Day panel through this series.
unBurnt is focused at the intersection of individual wellbeing and organizational ways of working as a strategic imperative, beyond a wellness perk or benefit. While many employee wellbeing solutions provide generalized access to high level tips or apps, unBurnt:
1. Targets the root causes of burnout, including systemic issues like misaligned priorities, lack of role clarity, cognitive overload, and poor manager training.
2. Delivers micro-habit framework and proven behavioral change strategies that are designed to fit into busy, high-pressure environments.
3. Provides tailored programs for leaders and teams, equipping executives with tools to create psychologically safe, high-performing cultures, while also providing the right insights to make informed decisions.
Founder & CEO,
unBurnt
