A memorable milestone for my business was being selected to become a regular contributing writer at Revenue Magazine (www.revenuemagazine.com), a free online publication designed to help sales and marketing professionals become more effective. In addition to enjoying writing as an activity, this enables me to reach a wider audience to not only build exposure for my business, but also help a broad range of professionals in the field be more successful.
In spite of being home to many large corporations, small and mid-sized businesses are an integral part of the Greater Boston business community, and I enjoy helping them thrive. I also volunteer at the Boys & Girls Club in Charlestown where I help high school students and future leaders who are often from underprivileged backgrounds explore college and/or career opportunities for themselves, which I find very rewarding.
What really sets SalesOrg Solutions and ASLAN Sales Training apart from other sales training and coaching firms is our focus on helping sellers adopt an “other-centered” mindset and approach that places customers at the forefront of the discovery process and helps the uncover the best growth solutions for them, whether it be with us, a competitor, or a combination of the two. We also focus on the fundamental barrier of a lack of buyer receptivity because we realize that unless a buyer trusts you and is open to your message, the quality of your product or service and general value proposition don’t matter all that much. Additionally, our training programs are not “one size fits all”, and instead can be tailored to the needs of each individual client.
