Since becoming a prime Owner’s Project Management consultant in 2005, Coast and Harbor has managed a portfolio of projects with an aggregate value of over $2.75 billion. We have successfully delivered projects across Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, and Puerto Rico. One particularly notable achievement has been our management of $500 million in office fit-out projects for the National Capital Region of the US General Services Administration, successfully delivering spaces for virtually every major Federal agency.
Coast and Harbor’s Executive Vice President, Claude Lancome is committed to supporting our community by sharing his time and expertise. He has served on the Board of Director of various local institutions including Salem State University, Urban College of Boston, Thompson Island Education Center, Jewish Vocational Center, Massachusetts Appleseed Center for Law and Justice, and the Massachusetts Bay Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Our President, Marcella Aquilar Lancome, has over 37 years of experience managing government-sponsored construction projects and has held executive positions at Massport, DPW and HUD. As Executive Vice President, Claude Lancome brings 30 years’ experience in construction management, claims analysis, labor agreements, negotiating and contracting. Coast and Harbor’s reputation allows us to attract top-tier talent across project management disciplines and our carefully selected personnel are known for being proactive, detail oriented, and effective communicators.
